Maribel Blasco is Associate Professor at MSC Department at Copenhagen Business School. Her research focuses on management learning and higher education, notably at business schools; as well as cross-cultural inquiry. She is interested in learning not only as the transfer of know-how and technical skills but also more broadly as a process of identity formation, acculturation and development of tacit abilities such as intercultural competences, ethical awareness and creativity and innovation. Maribel Blasco holds a Permaculture Design Certificate from the Nordic Permaculture Institute.
Albina Dioba is a Assistant Professor at MSC Department at Copenhagen Business School working in EU projects (P2GreeN, Vision4Food). Her primary research goals are directed toward understanding the behavioral opportunities for providing environmental sustainability. Sebastian Olsson is a research assistant at the Department of Management, Society and Communications. He started his journey as an active student volunteer interested in how Permaculture could be used to rethink contemporary business practices. He later wrote his Master’s thesis on this topic. Today, he is employed by CBS and continues to be a volunteer in Permahaven, where he is also responsible for the SCP-scheme and teaching students about Permaculture and its benefits.
