CBS Permahaven Featured by Aurora Universities

We are happy to see CBS Permahaven featured in a recent Aurora Universities article, “Sustainability in Action: How Aurora Universities Are Driving Change.”

The article highlights examples of how universities across the Aurora Alliance are turning sustainability ambitions into concrete action and using their campuses as spaces for experimentation and learning.

CBS Permahaven is highlighted as an example of how an under-used campus area can be transformed into a regenerative garden that brings together biodiversity, community and learning. The article also recognises the involvement of more than 100 registered volunteers and the garden’s role in hosting workshops and teaching activities.

It is wonderful to see Permahaven recognised alongside sustainability initiatives from across the Aurora Universities Alliance and to contribute to a broader conversation about campuses as living laboratories for sustainability.
