Date & Time: Saturday, 1 November 2025
Location: Kilen, CBS Campus – Room K.2.53 (in good weather, we will take a short walk to the garden)
What happens to your leftovers? At this playful and practical “Scrappy Cooking” session, we will explore creative, tasty, and sustainable ways to make the most out of food scraps. We’ll use fresh supplies from the Permahaven garden and enjoy tea brewed from our own herbs.
Together we will:
- 🍴 Share tips and tricks for turning yesterday’s meals into new dishes
- 🌱 Learn how reducing food waste connects to sustainability and community well-being
- 🥕 Experiment with fun, low-waste recipes – and of course, enjoy some bites together!
Bring your curiosity (and maybe your favorite leftover idea) and let’s cook, laugh, and rethink waste together. This event is open for everyone and a perfect opportunity to meet like-minded people.
✨ Everyone is welcome!
